Join Your Safe Space for a series of supportive, therapist-led group therapy sessions designed to help individuals better understand their mental health, develop healthy coping strategies, and build skills to navigate everyday challenges.
The group sessions will focus on four important topics: Stress & Building Emotional Resilience, Managing Anxiety in Everyday Life, Mindfulness & Stress Reduction, and Understanding & Managing Depression.
Each topic will be explored over a two-week period, with sessions offered on Wednesday evenings and Saturday mornings to provide flexible attendance opportunities. Participants can choose the session that best fits their schedule each week.
Led by Carolyn Simms and Maria Granados, these group sessions will provide a welcoming and supportive environment where participants can gain practical tools, increase self-awareness, share experiences, and learn strategies to support their emotional well-being.

Using Insurance: Participants who wish to use insurance must have their insurance benefits verified and authorization approved before attending. If authorization is not obtained, participants will be responsible for the $25 out-of-pocket session fee. Out-of-Pocket Payment: Participants who choose not to use insurance may register by paying the $25 session fee. Please note that registration does not guarantee insurance approval.
