Shannon Moore, M.A, LCPC

Shannon Moore, MA, LCPC, is passionate about helping young people navigate life and heal the mind, body, spirit, and soul. She takes an unconventional and client-centered approach to therapy, focusing on each client’s unique needs and adjusting her therapeutic style accordingly. Shannon specializes in children and adolescent therapy, as well as domestic violence and sexual abuse/assault therapy. While supporting young people is her primary passion, she also works with adults.

She utilizes African-centered therapy (NTU Psychotherapy) in her practice and is dedicated to helping individuals recognize their inner strength and personal growth. Shannon strives to create a safe, supportive, and judgment-free environment where clients feel heard and empowered as they begin their healing journey.

Tiffany Younger Banks is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She has over 17 years of experience in the helping profession. Her clinical expertise extends to, but is not limited to empowering veterans, transition-age youth, survivors of domestic violence, and justice-impacted individuals. Her therapeutic approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy into a collaborative framework to support lasting transformation and personal growth.

Shirka McCarthy is a Licensed Social Worker who believes healing is not about “fixing” someone, but about helping individuals reconnect with who they already are. She helps clients process life experiences, strengthen boundaries, and develop healthier patterns while honoring their values, faith, identity, and lived experiences. Her goal is to help clients gain clarity, emotional stability, and confidence as they navigate life’s challenges.

Shirka understands that people often carry heavy emotional burdens and believes they should not have to face them alone. She strives to create a supportive and empowering environment where clients feel heard, respected, and encouraged throughout their healing journey.

Maria Granados, Graduate Intern

Maria Granados is a counselor graduate intern who enjoys working with individuals navigating stress, anxiety, life transitions, self-esteem challenges, emotional overwhelm, and relationship concerns. Many of her clients come to therapy feeling stuck, unheard, burnt out, or uncertain about how to move forward. Her goal is to create a supportive, judgment-free environment where clients feel safe being themselves while learning healthy coping skills, building confidence, and gaining clarity. As a bilingual provider, Maria values fostering an inclusive and culturally aware space where clients feel seen, understood, and supported.

Maria offers a warm, compassionate, and collaborative approach to therapy, focusing on helping clients manage emotional stress, navigate life changes, improve self-esteem, and build healthier coping skills, self-awareness, and emotional balance.
