Shannon Moore, M.A, LCPC

Shannon Moore, MA, LCPC, is passionate about helping young people navigate life and heal the mind, body, spirit, and soul. She takes an unconventional and client-centered approach to therapy, focusing on each client’s unique needs and adjusting her therapeutic style accordingly. Shannon specializes in children and adolescent therapy, as well as domestic violence and sexual abuse/assault therapy. While supporting young people is her primary passion, she also works with adults. ​ She utilizes African-centered therapy (NTU Psychotherapy) in her practice and is dedicated to helping individuals recognize their inner strength and personal growth. Shannon strives to create a safe, supportive, and judgment-free environment where clients feel heard and empowered as they begin their healing journey.

Ronald Williams, MA, LCADC, LGPC, is a seasoned behavioral health professional licensed with the Maryland Board of Professional Counselors, this clinician brings more than 20 years of experience supporting individuals, families, and communities through counseling, clinical services, and organizational leadership. His approach to therapy is grounded, compassionate, and informed by evidence‑based practice. Ronald’s experience spans substance use treatment, mental health psychotherapy, and has worked extensively within community‑based, correctional, and juvenile justice settings—providing a deep, practical understanding of the complex systems that shape clients’ lives. Beyond his clinical practice, Ronald’s contributions include authoring treatment manuals, developing training programs, and leading teams focused on improving service delivery and outcomes. With an educational background in human services, applied psychology, and rehabilitation counseling, this is a professional who supports a holistic perspective on human behavior and community needs. Her goal is to create a supportive, judgment-free environment where clients feel safe being themselves while learning healthy coping skills, building confidence, and gaining clarity. As a bilingual provider, Maria values fostering an inclusive and culturally aware space where clients feel seen, understood, and supported. ​ Maria offers a warm, compassionate, and collaborative approach to therapy, focusing on helping clients manage emotional stress, navigate life changes, improve self-esteem, and build healthier coping skills, self-awareness, and emotional balance. ​ She understands that starting therapy can feel intimidating and strives to create a space where clients feel comfortable, supported, and genuinely heard.
